As of November 16, 2011, the Heritage Village Condominiums Homeowners Association Board of Directors has adopted a policy requiring all homeowners to have the dryer vents at their unit cleaned every other year. All homeowners with wood burning fireplaces must have their fireplace inspected and cleaned every other year. (2022, 2024, 2026, etc,)
