The Heritage Village clubhouse is designed as a place where residents of Heritage Village can host a social event when they expect a larger number of guests than would be comfortable in their home.
A usage fee of $100.00 and a cleaning deposit of $100.00 is required to reserve the clubhouse for a particular date. Following the event and after inspection, if it is determined that the clubhouse has been cleaned and returned to the normal conditions, the $100.00 cleaning deposit will be returned.
If breakage or damage occurs to the furniture or items in the clubhouse, or any part of the clubhouse, the resident will be billed for repair or replacement.
Reservations are made by calling Frances Santini. Reservations will be confirmed when a deposit is given for the reservation. The clubhouse key may be picked up at the convenience of the resident and Frances Santini.
No family may reserve the clubhouse for the day two years in secession unless the clubhouse is available 30 days prior to the date requested.
All deposits must be made at least 30 days prior to use or on the date of reservation if less than 30 days in advance. In the event of cancellation, deposits are returnable up to 10 days before the event. Cancellations less than 10 days out, forfeit the entire fee.
Adequate cleaning of the clubhouse includes:
· Clean all floors with vacuum or broom and damp mop.
· Vacuum or use carpet sweeper on rug.
· Remove all food from refrigerator and clean refrigerator.
· Clean stove, counter and sink in kitchen.
· Clean toilets and basins in bathrooms.
· Bag and deposit all trash in outside trashcans.
CLUBHOUSE RENTAL DOES NOT INCLUDE EXCLUSIVE USE OF POOL
Use of the clubhouse, other than for large parties, will be considered on an individual basis by the board.
