The board of directors of
Heritage Village Homeowners Association meets once a month, or more often as
needed, to make decisions on how best to maintain our common investments.
Each unit owner pays $200 per
month to cover the cost of lawn care, limited insurance, water, sewage, pool
upkeep, and garbage collection, among other things. Details are
available in the Bylaws.

Paint for Homeowners
||If an area outside your unit needs
painting, the Homeowner’s Association will supply the paint. If you need
brown for the posts that hold up the carport, or beige for the front door or
storage shed, we supply top quality Porter paint.
