| The homeowners of Heritage Village
offer this site to share
information about our community.
Potential buyers of units are welcome to
explore the information here, and, especially, under the tab of
Bylaws in order to help them understand the rules
and restrictions homeowners have adopted to help retain and increase our
property value.
The board of directors of
Heritage Village Homeowners Association meets once a month, or more often as
needed, to make decisions on how best to maintain our common investments.
Each unit owner pays $185 per
month to cover the cost of lawn care, limited insurance, water, sewage, pool
upkeep, and garbage collection, among other things. Details are
available in the Bylaws.
Homeowners are welcome to

requiring a certificate of insurance should call the insurance agency

Paint for Homeowners |

If an area outside your unit needs
painting, the Homeowner’s Association will supply the paint. If you need
brown for the posts that hold up the carport, or beige for the front door or
storage shed, we supply top quality Porter paint. |
