The homeowners of Heritage Village offer this site to share information about our community.

Potential buyers of units are welcome to explore the information here, and, especially, under the tab of Bylaws in order to help them understand the rules and restrictions homeowners have adopted to help retain and increase our property value.

The board of directors of Heritage Village Homeowners Association meets once a month, or more often as needed, to make decisions on how best to maintain our common investments.

Each unit owner pays $240 per month to cover the cost of lawn care, limited insurance, water, sewage, pool upkeep, and garbage collection, among other things.  Details are available in the Bylaws

Homeowners are welcome to submit comments or corrections to this website.

Thinking of remodeling? 
If your project includes the front door, storm door, windows, fence, or anything that will be visible on the outside of your unit, you are required to obtain permission from the Board.  Use this handy form for guidance and to make your request simple.

You can pick up a copy of the minutes of the Board Meetings from a distribution box in front of the Clubhouse.  Homeowners can still receive minutes by e-mail or view them on this website.
