Heritage Village to be wired for Google Fiber - Read the News

The homeowners of Heritage Village offer this site to share information about our community.

Potential buyers of units are welcome to explore the information here, and, especially, under the tab of Bylaws in order to help them understand the rules and restrictions homeowners have adopted to help retain and increase our property value.

The board of directors of Heritage Village Homeowners Association meets once a month, or more often as needed, to make decisions on how best to maintain our common investments.

Each unit owner pays $225 per month to cover the cost of lawn care, limited insurance, water, sewage, pool upkeep, and garbage collection, among other things.  Details are available in the Bylaws

Homeowners are welcome to submit comments or corrections to this website.

Google Fiber has agreed to wire Heritage Village at no cost to the Association or Homeowners.  We need to collect a signed form from EVERY homeowner.

Pick up Minutes at Clubhouse

You can pick up a copy of the minutes of the Board Meetings from a distribution box in front of the Clubhouse.  Homeowners can still receive minutes by e-mail or on the Village website.

Owners who receive a letter from their mortgage company requiring a certificate of insurance should call the insurance agency Fridrich, Pinson & Rothberg at 327-0105.
